Introducing a recent addition to CPM Group Ltd & Hydro International’s
stormwater management product portfolio: The First Defense® stormwater
treatment device.
Utilising Hydro International’s hydrodynamic vortex
separation technology, the First Defense® is designed for the removal of
sediment, floatables and associated pollutants from stormwater runoff while
at the same time functioning as an effective catch basin.
First Defense® system is ideally suited for and the
more effective solution to the protection of stormwater storage systems from
sediment build-up. A built-in bypass prevents re-entrainment of pollutants
during high flows and protects against hydraulic overloads of the system. The
system is designed to treats flows up to 20 l/s.
The system is delivered to site in a pre-fitted 1200mm
2 part chamber system complete with a built in base and has variable inlet/outlet
configurations.
